(Almost) Famous!
This is cool! I was interviewed by author Amy Guth for her running blog, Bonkless. It's all about my Race Against Prostate Cancer and hopefully will generate some more traffic and some more donations.
I'm an ultrarunner and a coach for Team in Training (GO TEAM!).
My dad, Jesse, was recently diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. I want to help but don't know how, and about the only thing I know how to do is run and raise money. So support me in my efforts to raise money and race over 400 miles in the next seven months.
Over the next seven months I will complete seven ultramarathons: - Heartland 100 Mile - 28:25:21
- Rockledge Rumble 50k - 6:55:39 - SunMart 50 Mile - skipped due to illness - Bandera 100k - 16:42:37
- Cross Timbers 50 Mile - 10:44:22 - Three Days of Syllamo (50k/50 Mile/20k) - 17:14:29 - The Texas Marathon (x 2) - 4:38/4:47 - Ouachita Trail 50 Mile - 11:03:35
My goal is to get pledges per mile with the hope of getting $1/per mile, or $4,392. But to do it, I need your support! So donate or pledge now!

Great interview
Hi Marshall, i'm sorry to hear of your father's troubles. I lost an uncle to prostate cancer and am happy to hear of your mission.
Peace and swift healing to your dad, Marshall.
